Favorite Blogs

The internet is full of amazing and informative blogs, if you are interested in reading some of the best ones out there, here are some of my favorites that I regularly turn to for inspiration:

Zen Habits – Written by Leo Babauta, Zen Habits is about finding simplicity in the daily chaos of our lives.  It’s about clearing the clutter so we can focus on what’s important, create something amazing and find happiness.  If you had to pick just one of the blogs below to check out, this is the one I’d recommend.

The Minimalists – Written by Joshua Fields Millburn & Ryan Nicodemus, The Minimalists tells the story of two guy’s journey into Minimalism and the joy it brought to their lives.

100 Days of Real Food – Written by Lisa Leake, this blog is all about eating healthier and cooking with real, whole ingredients instead of the processed foods that are so prevalent in our society.  You can find many great recipes on this site, and also Lisa has recently published a 100 Days of Real Food cookbook, which I own, and have loved every recipe from!

Live Your Legend – This is a movement started by Scott Dinsmore about finding passion in what you do and changing the world by doing work that you love.  Scott shares lot’s of great and inspiring messages and stories about people who are following their passions and making a difference in the world.

The Positivity Blog – Written by Henrik Edberg, this is a great blog about about simplifying life, reducing stress, social skills, self-esteem and improving your happiness and awesomeness.

Raptitude – Written by David Cain, Raptitude is a blog about getting better at being human through personal improvement, challenge and growth.

Impossible HQ – Written by Joel Runyon, Impossible HQ is a blog about challenging what is possible, stepping outside your comfort zone and pushing the human body to new experiences and levels.  This site has some sales elements I don’t really like, but the articles about personal change and endurance are quite inspiring.  I also really like the idea of Joel’s “Impossible List”.
